June 7, 2016 – Pro-Assad Russian jets drop phosphorous bombs on city, civilian population of Anadan, Aleppo province, for the second night in a row.

Signatory states are bound by Protocol III of the UN Convention on Conventional Weapons which governs the use of incendiary weapons:

prohibits the use of incendiary weapons against civilians (effectively a reaffirmation of the general prohibition on attacks against civilians in Additional Protocol I to the Geneva Conventions) prohibits the use of air-delivered incendiary weapons against military targets located within concentrations of civilians and loosely regulates the use of other types of incendiary weapons in such circumstances.

From RT Despite the holy season of Ramadan having begun, terrorists in Syria continue delivering indiscriminate intense fire on Syrian troops, Kurdish militia and residential quarters of the city of Aleppo, using everything in their vast arsenal of artillery.

“The number of victims among the civilians is only growing,” reports the Russian Centre for Reconciliation of opposing sides in the Syrian Arab Republic.

But below is a video of Russia planes dropping incendiary bombs on Anadan at night.

Although the holy for all Muslims season of Ramadan has begun on Monday, terrorist groups continue violation of the ceasefire agreement that came into force on February 27.

Neither the Russian nor Syrian Air Forces have delivered any airstrikes against those opposition armed formations which respect the ceasefire regime and have informed the Russian and American Centers for Reconciliation about their location.

Another interesting video I found of Syrian army from a drone’s view
